How do I sign-up

Simply Join and we send you a new ActivityBox every month. Cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I try it for 1 month to see if I like it?

Yes! Just select the Month by Month Subscription let us know how it goes. You can stop after the 1st Box or keep enjoying new activities every month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription is easy! Just email us and we will take care of everything for you. Cancellations received after the 5th receive the next month’s Box.

How much does it cost?

Subscriptions are HK$298 per month and you can cancel at any time. 6-Month Subscriptions are $268 per month and12-Month Subscriptions are $238 per month

When I join when do I receive my first Box?

Your first Box will arrive within 2 days! New Boxes arrive each month on or around the 7th of the month.

What’s inside an ActivityBox?

Each ActivityBox contains four art and craft projects perfect for kids age 3 – 8 to do with parents and helpers. Experience using a range of materials and different skills, learn to follow instructions, and transform materials into a beautiful work of art or a toy!

For what ages is Activity Box appropriate?

ActivityBox is for kids age 3 – 8, but can be enjoyed by children as young as 2 and old as 10! We design our activities so that although children across the age range may be at different developmental levels, they can all enjoy the activities.

Can my helper do the activities with my child?

Yes, the activities can be used by parents, helpers and even grandparents. Each activity has simple to follow step-by-step instructions with pictures and materials required for each activity are included.

Can I pick which ActivityBox Theme I want to receive?

We create new themes every month that appeal to kids ages 3 – 8. Think Superheroes, Dinosaurs and Pirates! Is your child especially interested in a certain topic? Just Contact Us and I’m sure we have a theme that will get them excited!

Is shipping Free for all areas of Hong Kong?

Shipping is Free for all areas in Hong Kong including New Territories and Outlying Islands!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world! International shipping costs are calculated automatically for your order on the checkout page. Questions? send email us an email.

How is the Box delivered?

We use a courier service for Hong Kong and international deliveries. We provide tracking numbers on request.

How do I pay

You can pay securely with your credit card. If you don’t have a credit card, contact us to arrange payment by bank transfer.

When do you bill me?

We charge your credit card for the first month at the time of purchase. After that, we charge your credit card on the 1st of the month for your next Box. For 3, 6, 12-month subscriptions you are billed for the full amount at the time of purchase.

How do I change my credit card details?

You can change your credit card details at any time by logging into your My Account page or sending us an email. Please change your card details by the 25th of the month to ensure you don’t miss a Box.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address at any time by logging into your My Account page or sending us an email. Please change your address by the 25th of the month to ensure you don’t miss a Box.

Where is ActivityBox from?

ActivityBox is part of Sqooll Ltd a Hong Kong registered company founded by Julie Stockdale, a professional educator, and mother of a 6-year-old daughter.

Is everything included?

Every ActivityBox includes all the instructions and materials needed for each activity. You can get basic art supplies such as paintbrushes, glue, and crayons by ordering the Art Supplies Kit.

How do I exchange or return a product?

We are committed to producing a quality product that any child will love! If you are not completely satisfied with your ActivityBox, please Contact Us and we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase.

How do I report a problem with my ActivityBox?

We strive to ensure top quality for every ActivityBox. If you do find a problem with your Box, please let us know by using the Contact Us form or by email. We will do everything we can to fix your problem.

How can I give feedback?

We’d love to hear from you. Just Contact Us and we will help you out.

Can I gift an ActivityBox Subscription?

We would love it if you did! Just click Gift Subscriptions and choose your gift. If you have any questions just Contact Us and we will take care of all your gifting needs!

Our Guarantee

We know you and your children will love ActivityBox, but if for any reason you are not happy with your box, just send it back to us and we will refund 100% of your payment. If you ever need to cancel an order or pause your subscription, just give us a call or email and we will take care of everything.
